• Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention at Community Healthlinks:

    The Mobile Crisis Intervention team provides services to students who are experiencing a mental and/or behavioral crisis with a mobile, face-to-face response.  They can meet with students and their families at their one of their community locations or will travel to homes, schools, and other locations with the goal of avoiding a hospital emergency room visit and unnecessary hospitalizations.

    Eligibility: Services to youth under the age of 21 who have MassHealth Managed Care Plans, as well as those that are uninsured.

    National Hopeline Network:

    The Hopeline is a suicide prevention network that links callers to a certified crisis center nearest the caller’s location.  Crisis centers networked under this single, toll free number with the sole mission of saving lives and getting individuals in crisis support.
