• Young women have the opportunity to work on real-world business and technology projects at two local companies.  Eligible candidates from six area high schools are interviewed by company managers and those selected spend two days a month at the company sites, working in teams to accomplish project goals.  An end-of-year celebration is the club's capstone project, and provides students with an opportunity to highlight the skills they have learned during this one-year, highly competitive experience.

A meeting calendar is provided to students selected to participate in the program each year.
